We have some of these kind of jingle bells hanging on our sliding glass door.
Rylee dog knows to ring them with her nose when she wants to go outside!
I know. Smart dog!!
The only thing I don't like is when she does it at 12:30am and 4:25am in the
same night! A friend of mine talks about her little one not sleeping well on her
blog. Well if it is not your child it will be something else like your pet that will
get you up in the night or too early in the morning!
I was kinda mad....but really I am super glad! Getting up 2 times is better
than cleaning up a mess in the morning!!!

Luckily our dog NEVER asks to go out at night. Otherwise that might push me over the edge with a toddler. Funny thing is on occasion we have forgotten to walk him in the morning and he never asks to go out. Then I feel horrible. Not sure how he does it.
