Day 19

Yay!!! 3 days left counting today!  We both feel better, physically and emotionally!  I am excited to add sprouted grain bread so I can have toast. We will add one thing at a time and see how we feel. Headaches have been less as I have only had three since we started...I have found a new way to get rid of them ( ask if you want to know ) its worked the last two times anyway!!! The first headache I took a pill.  We are determined to keep the good habits up that we have learned going through this!

Breakfast:
quinoa with apples & blackberries.



lunch:
Left over veggies and guacamole and dates! love dates!

Supper:
Lentils with spaghetti sauce and green beans with garlic and green chile's

Day 18

No pill last night!! yeaaa!

Breakfast:
Quinoa and apple


Lunch:
Green Lentils with Tomato "sauce"   I like the orange lentils better. But this was good too.

Supper:
veggies with guacamole and warm tomato "spaghetti sauce"

Day 16

Breakfast:
Blueberry pancake with peaches.


Day 15

Breakfast:
quinoa with apples and blackberries...
banana snack at work.
Hard to say no to all the pancakes, bacon and sausage at work!! But I didn't cheat!!

Lunch:
Left over veggies on lentils...cleaning up the fridge before buying new produce!

Supper:
homemade taco seasoning on quinoa topped with tomatoes and a bit of salsa wrapped in a leaf! haha forgot what kind of leaf!  and sweet potato

Day 14

Supper:
Yummy stir-fry veggies on quinoa with amino acids for soy sauce.

Day 13

Slept till 3:45 without waking up! And my headache stayed away! So we'll see if that happens again next time...We are feeling better physically and emotionally too!! So thankful we are doing this.

Breakfast: SP complete shake with spinach, carrot, banana and watermelon. Quinoa and supplements



Lunch:
Lentils with "spaghetti" sauce, cucumber and green bean "pickles". No picture

Supper:
Cucumber and green bean "pickles"  Sweet potato, zucchini, yellow squash, jalapeno, onion stir-fried a bit in olive oil.  Still hungry so had a romaine and tomato salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  SP complete in water and supplements

Day 12

Breakfast:
Warm quinoa with apples and blackberries. SP complete in water and supplements

Lunch:

Baby lettuce, beets, shredded carrots, basil, mint and bean sprouts with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. No picture at work.

Supper:
Kale chips, zucchini, cucumber, yellow & red pepper, avocado,tomato and mango salsa.
Tired tonight...slight forehead achy. Nothing like my migraines!! Helped it without meds! yeaa

Day 11

Missed recording day 10...oops!

Day 11 we are allowed to add grass fed organic meat. I didn't have the desire too so I didn't.
I actually don't really miss the meat too much....unless I really start thinking about it....like a roast with potatoes and gravy! haha   But it's more the gravy that I miss than the meat! lol
Back to work today so the learning curve of packing lunches eating this way.

Breakfast:
SP complete shake with blueberries, carrot, banana,spinach and supplements

Lunch:
No picture. Lentils with spaghetti sauce left overs. Watermelon snack on break. Two dates.

Supper:
Sweet potato, beets baby lettuce, basil and bean sprouts with olive oil and "pickled" cucumber and green beans in ACV dressing.
Feeling really good, except a really full/bloated feeling....kinda wondering if it is a food combining issue or ??? Or maybe it's just toxins still trying to clear out!?

Day 9

Woke up early again and couldn't go back to sleep. My brain kicked in gear and that was that. lol

Breakfast:
I made blueberry muffins out of the purification cookbook. Pretty sure we are allowed to have them even during the 21 days. They were pretty good. Most of all they satisfied the muffin craving! also had pineapple, SP complete in water and supplements.


Lunch:
Lentils with tomato spaghetti sauce. It's warm and this is one of our favorites! Plus eating up all the leftovers, avocado and jalapeno's. We both really liked this lunch!

Supper:
We had a really good salad with arugula and shredded carrots with lemon dressing! Forgot to take a picture!

Snack tonight!
"Ice cream shake" made out of frozen banana, tiny bit of vanilla and coconut milk. Not too bad! Feels like a treat!

Day 8

Slept til 4:15 with out waking up in the night!! yeaaaa!! That is so good for me!!

We get to take less supplement now. I'm getting good at swallowing pills!

Breakfast:
SP complete in water, supplements and warm quinoa with 1/2 and apple, orange and blackberries. With a tad of butter. This was amazing!! yum


Lunch:
Veggie "chips" with tomato and mango salsa! The salsa was really good too! I was dreaming of corn chips with this!


Supper:
Leftover spaghetti sauce that we had with the rotten zucchini noodles! Bleck!! This time we had it on lentils!! It was really really good! Forget the veggie noodles!! with baked sweet potato chips.

Feeling really good today...still have some cravings but this is growing our self discipline!
I did suck on and eat one Frito this afternoonšŸ¤£! haha! mmmmm!

Day 7

Breakfast:
SP shake with spinach, blueberries, and blackberries. Plum and supplements



Lunch:
Yummy soup with this pepper from the farmers market not sure what kind!? onion, celery, carrots, green beans, left over quinoa, water, seasonings and basil. Very good and spicy. Tomato wedges and cucumber with ACV dressing.




Supper:
Too bloated to eat...felt fine though! Probably the pepper!! LOL  I did eat a little more soup and I cheated and had 2 pretzels! No shake or supplements tonight.  OOPS!  Went to bed kinda hungry!
