As I write this post I am leaning on a ball. I always have a nice little knot in my upper back on the right side of my spine! I love this little knot! I lay on these little blue balls, and roll around on them like a dog rolling in bird poop! I lean on them while sitting in a chair! I am Very thankful for these because when everyone else in my family are sick of rubbing this nice little knot, they do a pretty darn good job all by themselves!
Okay now I am using sarcasim and I do NOT like sarcasm so the truth is: This knot in my back is really a "pain in the ...........back"! and I don't like it one bit!
