Day 18

No pill last night!! yeaaa!

Breakfast:
Quinoa and apple


Lunch:
Green Lentils with Tomato "sauce"   I like the orange lentils better. But this was good too.

Supper:
veggies with guacamole and warm tomato "spaghetti sauce"
